CTO

ELEWA is looking for a hands-on, visionary CTO with a deep technical background in AI, system architecture, and product engineering. You will own the technical strategy, drive end-to-end product development, and lead the design of scalable, high-performance systems that power our talent-matching platform. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, engineering, and AI-driven solutions, and wants to directly shape the future of creative project collaboration.

• Lead the full lifecycle of product and system development — from ideation and architecture to deployment and scaling.
• Design and implement AI-powered algorithms for talent matching, recommendation systems, and workflow automation.
• Build a robust, scalable platform architecture capable of handling diverse industries and high-volume projects.
• Oversee backend, frontend, data pipelines, and AI/ML integrations to ensure a seamless experience for users.
• Make hands-on contributions to coding, system design, and problem-solving alongside the engineering team.
• Collaborate with product, design, and operations to define technical requirements and product roadmaps.
• Establish engineering best practices, code standards, and DevOps workflows to support rapid growth.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, AI models, and infrastructure solutions to keep ELEWA at the cutting edge.
  

Must-Have Skills:

AI/ML expertise: Experience with recommendation engines, talent matching algorithms, natural language processing, or similar AI systems.

System architecture & scaling: Proven ability to design and implement scalable, high-performance, and secure systems.

Full-stack engineering: Hands-on experience with backend (Python, Node.js, Go, etc.), frontend (React, Vue, etc.), databases (SQL & NoSQL), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Product-focused mindset: Ability to translate business and user needs into technical solutions.

Data pipelines & analytics: Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL, analytics, and AI model deployment.

DevOps & CI/CD: Experience in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), automated testing, and deployment workflows.

Team leadership: Experience leading, mentoring, and growing engineering teams.

Problem-solving & execution: Comfortable making technical decisions in ambiguous, fast-paced startup environments.
