About the Role

We're looking for a highly organised, proactive Junior Admin Operations Lead to support our CEO and COO directly. You'll be the operational backbone of the business — keeping things moving, building systems, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. This role can be performed remotely or from Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage CEO and COO calendars, inboxes, and daily priorities
• Build and maintain internal workflows, trackers, and documentation
• Coordinate outreach and follow-ups with partners, clients, and talent
• Support partnership research — identifying and profiling potential brand and media partners
• Liaise with remote and on-site team members to ensure smooth communication
• Handle equipment, resource tracking, and general office administration
• Assist with onboarding processes and vendor coordination
• Prepare reports, meeting notes, and briefing documents as needed

What We're Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or executive assistant role
• Strong proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Experience with communication tools (Slack, Notion, or similar)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
• A self-starter who can build systems from scratch with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment

Nice to Have

• Exposure to media, creative, or tech industries
• Experience supporting a founder or senior executive
• Familiarity with CRM tools or project management platforms (e.g. Notions, Slack, ClickUp)
