The Opportunity
We are looking for a talented Photographer & Videographer who understands that great hospitality content is about creating emotion, atmosphere, and desire.
You will be responsible for capturing restaurants, hotels, cafés, chefs, experiences, and lifestyle brands through photography and cinematic video.
This is a hands-on creative role for someone who loves storytelling, understands visual aesthetics, and wants to create work that feels premium.
What You'll Do
- Produce photo and video content for restaurants, hotels, cafés, resorts, and lifestyle brands.
- Plan and execute shoots from concept to delivery.
- Capture food, interiors, architecture, people, and experiences.
- Create cinematic brand films and short-form social content.
- Work closely with the Senior Art Director on creative concepts.
- Manage lighting, composition, camera movement, and visual storytelling.
- Edit and colour-grade final content.
- Create content optimized for Instagram, TikTok, websites, and campaigns.
- What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional photography and videography experience.
- Strong portfolio focused on hospitality, food, lifestyle, travel, or commercial work.
- Excellent understanding of lighting, composition, and storytelling.
- Experience with professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Strong editing skills using Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Lightroom, or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently on location.
- High attention to detail and creative standards.

- Experience shooting restaurants, hotels, or luxury brands.
- Drone experience.
- Documentary filmmaking experience.
- Food styling knowledge.
- Motion graphics skills.
