Kinetic Trials’ mission is to accelerate the delivery of life changing therapies into the hands of patients with the first agentic operating system for clinical trial operations. Our goal is to shorten the drug development lifecycle by partnering with trial sites to make them more financially resilient, automate administrative tasks and augment people-centric workflows.
Our founder has deep domain expertise from advising on the most prominent M&A transactions in clinical research and we are backed by top-tier early stage investors (previously backed Palantir, Lyft, Gitlab, Square, Grow Therapy, Garner Health).

What You'll Do
- Own the full technical stack end-to-end (frontend, backend, AI/LLM integration, infrastructure)
- Work directly with the CEO and design partners to translate customer needs into product - shipping quickly and iteratively
- Architect agentic AI systems that automate complex, people-centric workflows
- Hire and lead the engineering team
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of software engineering experience, ideally across the full stack
- Hands-on experience building with LLMs and agentic AI systems
- AI-native engineer leveraging modern tools (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.)
- Strong CS background and/or have previously worked at renowned engineering orgs
- We encourage former VC-backed startup founders/cofounders to apply!**
Why Join
- Ground-floor equity in a company targeting a $50B+ market with no dominant software solution
- Founder has deep domain expertise from leading M&A deals in clinical research
- Strong validation from industry leaders in the category (we have an advisory board with experts in the field)
- Clear, defensible initial wedge with highly visible expansion path to broader clinical trial operations
