EDXSO is a fast-growing consultancy transforming K–12 schools through strategic planning, innovation, and execution. We are building a strong digital presence and seeking a Social Media Specialist to drive brand growth through creative content, campaigns, and influencer collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop & implement effective social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
2. Manage and grow presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, and Discord.
3. Monitor trending hashtags, topics & online conversations; creatively integrate them into campaigns.
4. Design and edit graphics, reels, podcasts, and video content for brand promotion.
5. Collaborate with small/micro-influencers and build partnerships for visibility.
6. Track and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics & reporting tools.
7. Work with internal teams & external consultants to publicize events and campaigns.
8. Ensure brand guidelines & best practices are consistently followed across platforms.
9. Encourage audience participation and identify opportunities to influence public perception.

Requirements

1. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends & engagement strategies.
2. Skills in graphic design & video editing tools.
3. Creative, proactive, and excellent at communication.
4. Understanding of influencer marketing and performance analytics.
5. Ability to adapt quickly to dynamic online discussions.
