Product Engineer (full-stack)

About Featurebase

We're building the AI customer support platform for product-led SaaS, helping modern teams like Lovable, Raycast, and n8n deliver great support across every channel. As one of the fastest-growing startups in this space, we're looking for a full-stack Product Engineer to own and ship core product features end-to-end.

This is a hands-on full-stack role for someone who loves solving product problems and owning features from idea to production. You'll work across the frontend and backend, collaborate closely with the founders and customers, and ship high-impact features across our support platform, AI automations, and integrations.

What you'll do

You'll work closely with the founding team to:

• Develop new features across our product lines, including AI feedback analysis and support automations.
• Build native integrations between Featurebase modules to strengthen the ecosystem.
• Build new third-party integrations and improve existing ones, including Linear, HubSpot, Slack, and Discord.
• Debug and fix technical issues across the product.
• Collaborate asynchronously while managing your own time and shipping meaningful work.

Who we're looking for

This role comes with a lot of autonomy as well as responsibility. We're looking for a manager of one who matches the following:

• Based in the EU
• Driven, motivated, and highly curious
• Comfortable working across frontend and backend, and excited to own features end-to-end
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Three or more years of experience with our stack, or a very similar JavaScript stack: Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, MongoDB, Redis, and Tailwind CSS
• A strong bias for impact and the ability to thrive while working autonomously
• Experience starting a project from scratch, leading a project, founding a company, or building an impressive side project
• Product design knowledge is a big bonus
