Project Manager for Startups - Work with Founders

Creatives Takeover is building a vibrant community of experienced project managers, startup coaches and mentors to offer guidance and support to our members.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for passionate startup coaches and mentors to deliver coaching programs at our platform. You’ll work directly with founders and startups, helping them navigate challenges, refine their strategies, and achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver coaching programs (typically 8 weeks) tailored to your expertise.
• Conduct discovery calls to connect with and pitch clients.
• Set your own coaching fee based on your experience and value.
• Use our provided payment link and contract to close agreements.
• Schedule and manage all coaching sessions independently.

Requirements:

• At least +4 years of experience working in different startup ventures.
• Proven experience coaching or mentoring startups.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• Familiarity with remote coaching platforms.

Compensation:

• You set your own fee per client.
• Creatives Takeover retains a 10% commission on each sale.
• Payment transferred within 3 business days of receipt.
