Sponsorship Sales Manager – PITCH XPO (Dubai)

We are hiring a Sponsorship Sales Manager with strong experience in closing high-value sponsorships for conferences, expos, or large business events.

This role starts on a performance-based model, with the opportunity to move into a full-time position with fixed salary + incentives based on results.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell sponsorship packages (Title, Platinum, Gold, Pavilion, Dinner, Golf Summit).
• Close exhibitor booths and corporate participation.
• Onboard investors, VCs, HNIs, and family offices for premium events.
• Build partnerships with accelerators, corporates, universities, and government entities.
• Achieve strong revenue conversions across all categories.
• Maintain and grow relationships with sponsors and strategic partners.

Ideal Candidate

• 3–10 years experience in sponsorship sales for major events/exhibitions.
• Strong network across corporates, SMEs, VCs, and business communities.
• Ability to pitch, negotiate, and close high-ticket deals confidently.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and comfortable with performance-based incentives.
