Manager - Founder’s Office

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-agency operator to work directly with the leadership team on high-impact cross-functional initiatives, including AI automation workflows.

You’ll collaborate with leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive cross-functional initiatives and build automation that scales the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage AI/automation workflows (Make.com, n8n, Claude, or similar) across business functions, replacing manual effort with systems
• Drive cross-functional projects end-to-end, from scoping to execution
• Support GTM and strategic initiatives with research, analysis, and structured thinking
• Work across sales, marketing, and product teams to identify automation opportunities and ship solutions fast

Ideal Profile

• 4 - 6 years in GTM, consulting, or a founder's office role, with hands-on experience building automations or AI workflows.
• Strong communicator who can hold their own with senior stakeholders.
• Bias for action, comfortable with ambiguity, and wired to build systems rather than just manage tasks
