Role Overview

We are looking for a Frontend Developer (SDE II) who is passionate about building high-performance, scalable, and elegant interfaces. You will work closely with our product, design, and backend teams to develop user-centric features, improve performance, and elevate the overall UI/UX of the platform.

This role requires strong frontend fundamentals, experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, and the ability to own features end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, optimize, and maintain high-quality frontend features for the Supaboard platform.
• Translate UI/UX designs into responsive, pixel-perfect implementations.
• Work with React.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and modern frontend tooling.
• Implement complex interactions, chart visualizations, and dynamic dashboards.
• Optimize application performance, bundle size, rendering speed, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs seamlessly.
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and follow engineering best practices.
• Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and maintain high code quality.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and help plan new product features.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3–5 years of experience as a Frontend Developer or Software Engineer (SDE).
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and React.js.
• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, Recoil, Jotai, or similar).
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, TailwindCSS, responsive and adaptive design.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, or WebSockets.
• Understanding of frontend performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with build tools: Vite, Webpack, Babel, etc.
• Experience with version control (Git) and code review practices.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.

Good-to-Have

• Experience with data visualization libraries like ECharts, Recharts, or D3.js.
• Exposure to dashboards, BI tools, or analytics platforms.
• Understanding of CI/CD, testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
• Experience working in SaaS or fast-paced startup environments.
• Knowledge of UI performance profiling and debugging tools.
