About the job

We are looking for an experienced Blazor Tech Lead to lead the front-end architecture and hands-on development of a large-scale enterprise application.

The role requires a strong combination of Blazor development, front-end architecture, technical leadership, API integration, security, performance optimization and team mentoring.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture & Technical Leadership

Own the Blazor front-end architecture, including project structure, folder conventions and module boundaries.
Define scalable architecture across business modules such as Policy, Risk, Workflow, Member, Rating, Claims, Reporting and Governance.
Select and standardize the appropriate Blazor hosting model — Server, WebAssembly or Hybrid.
Design the client-side service layer for consuming RESTful microservices through Ocelot/YARP API Gateway.
Implement HttpClient configuration, retry/circuit-breaker policies using Polly and Redis-based caching.
Establish Fluxor / Flux / Redux-based state management for complex cross-module application state.
Define authentication and authorization flows using OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect / IdentityServer.
Establish role-based UI rendering and secure client-side authorization.
Standardize MudBlazor as the UI component library and create reusable design-system components.
Hands-On Development
Develop reusable components including data grids, forms, modal dialogs, notification toasts, search/filter panels and navigation shells.
Build complex enterprise UI flows such as dashboards, workflow boards, claims screens, reporting screens and policy-related workflows.
Develop views that aggregate data from multiple REST APIs and microservices.
Implement client-side and server-side validation using FluentValidation.
Implement real-time functionality using SignalR where required.
Quality & Performance
Define and enforce front-end testing practices using bUnit, component testing and Playwright E2E testing.
Optimize page loading, rendering performance and bundle sizes.
Implement lazy loading, virtualization and efficient rendering/change detection patterns.
Configure application logging and telemetry using tools such as Datadog and Serilog.
Conduct code reviews and maintain front-end coding and architecture standards.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Mentor and guide a team of 3–5 Blazor developers.
Conduct pair programming and technical knowledge-sharing sessions.
Collaborate with backend teams to align API contracts, DTOs, endpoints and error-handling standards.
Work closely with UX teams to implement responsive, accessible and pixel-accurate Blazor components.
Collaborate with DevOps teams on Azure DevOps CI/CD, Docker and Kubernetes deployments.
Participate in architecture reviews, sprint planning and cross-functional technical discussions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of professional software development experience with C# and .NET.
3+ years of hands-on production experience with Blazor.
Strong experience with Blazor Server / WebAssembly.
Proven experience leading front-end architecture for enterprise applications with 50+ pages/screens.
Expert knowledge of Blazor component lifecycle, rendering optimization and JS Interop.
Strong experience with .NET 8 / ASP.NET Core.
Hands-on experience with MudBlazor.
Advanced knowledge of Fluxor / Flux / Redux patterns.
Strong experience consuming REST APIs and Microservices.
