Designer I

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 0–2 years | Type: Full-time | Reports to: CTO

Responsibilities

• Design intuitive interfaces for AI simulations and dashboards.
• Collaborate with engineers to translate complex flows into simple UI/UX.
• Contribute to PitchSense’s design system and component library.
• Use AI tools like Figma Assist
• Support usability testing and iteration.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience in Design, HCI, or related field.
• Proficiency with Figma or similar tools.
• Solid grasp of typography, layout, and interaction design.
• Growth-oriented mindset, excited to wear multiple hats.

Nice to Have

• Motion design skills (Framer Motion / After Effects).
• Portfolio showcasing web or app projects.
