The Role:
Own technology vision and build engineering team (2→10+ engineers):

• Architect scalable AI-powered fintech platform
• Drive agentic AI strategy and financial intelligence systems
• Connect to banking APIs and custodian accounts
• Lead hiring, product direction, and technical strategy
• Shape fundraising and represent Finthos externally
• True co-founder ownership, not VP Eng

You Are:

• 4+ years engineering, 3+ in leadership
• Built 0→1 products to scale (100K+ users or $10M+ revenue)
• Deep AI/ML expertise (LLMs, agents, agentic workflows, RAG, fine-tuning)
• Fintech/financial services/wealth management industry background
• Hired and scaled engineering teams
• Boston based preferred; open to NY/SF for the right candidate

Bonus: Startup founder/early CTO, raised funding, domain expertise in wealth management

Tech Stack:
React, TypeScript, Supabase, OpenAI/Claude APIs, Swiss banking APIs, GCC banking APIs, Plaid, European banking APIs
Future: Multi-agent systems, iOS & Android apps, proprietary AI models, financial infrastructure, banking data connectors

What You'll Get:

• 8–12% co-founder equity (4-year vest, 1-year cliff)
• $180K–$200K salary upon funding close; equity-only until then
• Full ownership of tech roadmap and hiring
