About the role:

We are looking for full-time Primary Care Physicians who will deliver fully remote, video-based, comprehensive clinical care encompassing preventive care, sick visits, and chronic condition management. The ideal candidate must be licensed in FL, MA, NJ, NY, OR, TX, WI, MN, VA, or IA, and/or hold an active IMLC compact license, be board-certified in Family or Internal Medicine, and be comfortable practicing the full spectrum of primary care, including pediatrics and mental health. What you'll be doing:

• Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully-remote, virtual setting
• Elevate remote care by providing compassionate and meaningful patient encounters
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care physician
• Refer patients to specialists or acute care services when clinically indicated
• Work on population health initiatives for risk-attributed patients (AWVs, care gaps, transitions of care, risk capture)
• Support patients immediately post-discharge to improve understanding of treatment plans and reduce hospital readmissions
• Practice continuous self-evaluation to ensure adherence to clinical guidelines and best practices

What we're looking for:

• 1+ year of post-residency work experience in an in-person primary care setting
• Active licensure in FL, MA, NJ, NY, OR, TX, WI, MN, or IA, and/or hold an active IMLC compact license
• Board-Certified in Family or Internal Medicine
• Experience with virtual visits required
• Must have prior experience with EPIC EMR
• Clean background and medical malpractice history
• Willing to commit 40 hours per week, 36 clinical hours
• Must be able to work Monday and Friday with flexibility over starting hours (i.e., 7 am-12:30 pm EDT)
• Spanish Speaking is a plus
• Strong interest in developing longitudinal relationships with patients and managing chronic care conditions
• Comfort with management of acute conditions in a virtual setting
• Extensive experience handling 3+ cases per hour
• Eagerness to learn about and implement cutting-edge technology to improve efficiency and clinical outcomes
