We’re looking for a Software Engineer (React) with strong Python and AWS expertise to join our fast-paced, innovation-driven team. 100% remote with in-office requirements as needed for training and meetings.

What You’ll Do:

As a Software Engineer on our team, you’ll:

• Develop and maintain responsive web apps using React, TypeScript, and JavaScript
• Build scalable backend services and APIs using Python
• Partner with UI/UX designers (Figma) to deliver pixel-perfect, user-friendly experiences
• Work in an Agile SCRUM environment, participating in sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows for smooth deployments
• Design, document, and communicate technical solutions and architecture
• Integrate with 3rd-party APIs and systems to expand platform capabilities
• Explore automation opportunities using MS Power Platform
• Ensure solutions are tested, reliable, and delivered on time

What You Bring:

• 4+ years of professional software development experience
• Strong expertise with JavaScript frameworks (React or Angular) and Python
• Experience with AWS cloud services (hands-on required)
• Skilled in Agile methodologies and version control (Git)
• A strong eye for detail and quality in both front-end and back-end development
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience)
