UX/UI Product Designer

We are developing engagement and memory tools for students to improve their memory of the educational material they learn, while at the same time giving teachers the tools to engage their students and relate to them in ways they never could before.

Job Description:

As a UX/UI Designer at Learvo, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and interface of our product. You will work closely with our Founders, as well as our team of developers, customer discovery and UX Research to create intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences for our users. Your designs will have a direct impact on our product's success and the satisfaction of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the product team to understand user needs, business goals, and project requirements.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups that effectively communicate your design concepts.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of designs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.
• Help establish and maintain design guidelines and standards for the company.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• Proven experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with CSS and front-end development is a plus.
