UI/UX Engineer (UI/UX Developer)

What You’ll Do
Partner with Product Managers, AI Engineers, and Software Engineers to define and design intuitive user experiences.
Translate product requirements, customer feedback, and business goals into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and polished interfaces.
Design and build responsive, accessible, and modern user interfaces.
Develop reusable UI components and contribute to our design system.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on insights.
Simplify complex AI workflows into intuitive user experiences.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
Advocate for usability, accessibility, consistency, and design best practices throughout the product lifecycle.
Continuously improve the user experience using analytics, experimentation, and customer feedback.

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or UI Engineering.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
Excellent understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma or similar design tools.
Strong front-end development skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React or Next.js.
Experience building responsive and accessible interfaces.
Ability to think from the customer’s perspective and solve usability challenges.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across product, engineering, and business teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing AI-powered products, SaaS platforms, or enterprise applications.
Understanding of design systems and component libraries.
Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar frameworks.
Familiarity with user analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Hotjar.
Experience conducting usability studies and translating findings into product improvements.
Basic understanding of AI/LLM user interaction patterns and conversational interfaces.
