You will be a part of the core sales team at Paperfite. Upon hiring, the SDR will handle telephone, email and Web-based interaction with prospective customers.
You will be responsible for prospecting and starting new relations with Mid-to Large enterprise companies across the globe. This means taking creative measures to map out the prospect’s organization chart, identifying key stakeholders, and communicating Paperflite’s value offerings to the client’s business needs in an effective and professional manner.
In addition to your inbound and outbound sales responsibilities, you will also work with the CEO and Sales Management team, who will serve as mentors, to develop new leads, identify and develop new complicated sales opportunities and help close business.
As a sales associate, you are responsible for forging the expansion of the corporate account base while learning the skills to be a successful business development executive and maximizing your personal earnings.
Responsibilities:
Use sales acceleration tools to perform outbound and inbound sales activities. Including prospecting, follow-up and closing
Meet and exceed monthly activity metrics for outbound calls, appointments set, opportunities added
Answer incoming calls and emails in relation to sales questions
Research accounts to understand the customer’s need, perform effective follow-up, and generate interest
Build strong relationships and effectively communicate with the sales, support and marketing teams
Proactively look for opportunities to improve and optimize lead management
Contact existing customers to obtain referrals, and cross-sell complementary products
