Role: App Developer Intern (Contributor)

Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven App Developer Intern to contribute to GENIE AI with a passion for building impactful applications. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in app development, learn from industry professionals, and contribute to exciting projects in a collaborative environment. As an App Developer Intern, you will work closely with our team to create and enhance applications while expanding your technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of front-end and back-end solutions using frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or NextJS.
• Collaborate with team members to design, code, test, and deploy mobile and web applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues, identifying and resolving bugs to improve performance.
• Contribute to the design and development of intuitive user interfaces and engaging user experiences.
• Work on optimizing applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
• Participate in code reviews and receive mentorship to improve coding skills.
• Document project tasks, processes, and technical findings for reference.
• Stay curious and learn new tools, frameworks, and techniques relevant to app development.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of programming languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, or Dart.
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, NextJS) or mobile development tools (e.g., React Native, Flutter).
• Knowledge of back-end technologies like Node.js or APIs is a plus.
• Proactive attitude with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment and communicate effectively.
• Previous app development projects (personal, academic, or professional) are a strong advantage.
