The Revenue Operations Team:
The Revenue Operations team is focused on optimizing and streamlining processes across sales, marketing, and customer success to drive efficiency and growth. The Opportunity:
As a Salesforce Administrator in the Revenue Operations team, you will play a key role in optimizing the company’s Salesforce platform to support sales, marketing, and customer success efforts. Your responsibilities will include configuring and maintaining Salesforce, automating workflows, and driving process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment across systems, providing valuable insights that contribute to business growth. This role offers the chance to have a direct impact on the company’s revenue operations while developing your technical expertise in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
As a Salesforce Administrator you will:
- Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment, supporting 30+ users.
- Configure new and existing Salesforce features, including user management, roles, profiles, permission sets, custom objects, page layouts, fields, formula fields, validations, workflow rules, email templates, Process Builder, Flows, Lightning Pages, custom metadata types, and managed packages.
- Collaborate actively with sales, marketing, account managers, and other stakeholders to support the achievement of strategic organizational goals.
- Focus on improving user efficiencies, resolving business and customer challenges, developing creative solutions, and ensuring data accuracy across the system.
- Research and evaluate add-on application packages, supporting ROI analysis for the acquisition of relevant programs.
- Ensure data cleanliness by deduplicating, cleansing, enriching, and standardizing the Salesforce database.
- Lead and support third-party integrations and maintain a 360-degree view of the customer, leveraging Salesforce as the core platform.
- Provide day-to-day user support and troubleshooting assistance.
- Assist with training new users and contribute to the development of Salesforce skills across the organization.
- Stay informed about new tools, capabilities, and updates in the Salesforce ecosystem, leveraging the Salesforce network to enhance platform usage.
Requirements for the role:
- 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Admin, with expertise in Salesforce Lightning.
- Salesforce.com Admin certification (ADM201 and ADM211).
- Proven experience with performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
- Familiarity with advanced Salesforce automation tools, including Process Builder and Flows.
