Overview
We are seeking Executive Vice President, Corporate Services who has over 10 years of C-level experience in fast-growing, multicultural tech and service environments. They excel in managing IT, HR, cybersecurity, and corporate services, aligning them with business priorities. With expertise in global resource planning and talent acquisition, they lead strategies across regions like India, LATAM, EMEA, and North America. As part of the Executive team, they drive digital strategies, talent management, and business continuity efforts.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage corporate services: IT, Cybersecurity, Recruiting, Digitalization, Sourcing, HR, People Operations, Procurement, Travel, Facilities Services & Support. Design these services with consideration of business priorities and internal customer needs. Run supervised services smoothly and in an effective way in a context of business priorities and strategy.
- Ensure that customers are provided (indirectly via delivery or directly when applicable) with the right talent at the right cost: planning the resource distribution all over the world, developing related hiring strategies and build Miratech presence and employer brand at target labor markets (India, LATAM, EMEA, North America).
- Oversee and lead digital, cybersecurity, and IT corporate strategies ensuring their alignment to the company strategy.
- Ensure corporate infrastructure meets the customer’s requirements and needs
- Drive continuous improvements in Miratech ability to attract, develop, and retain the right talent; build and improve the employee experience through a lifecycle with Miratech.
- Supervise Miratech employer brand development and promotion.
- As a member of the Executive team, participate in Executive Committee meetings, Board meetings, Planning & Budgeting meetings, providing inputs, updates, managerial decisions and reports for supervised areas.
- Supervise Business Continuity and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, acting as a representative of Executive team in all business continuity related activities.
- Supervise Business Continuity project, aimed on mitigation of risks connected to the Russia war in Ukraine and ensuring safety of Miratech’s Ukraine team and continuity of services delivered from Ukraine.
- Travel to Ukraine and other locations which becomes a subject to the business continuity plan to business continuity plan execution, crisis management and represent the company at the place.
- Policy ownership: own Code of Conduct, Employee Relations Policy, Benefit and Expense Policy, Performance Incentive Policy, Background Check Policy, Work from Anywhere Policy, Information Security Policy, Business Continuity Policy, Change Management Policy.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years in managerial C-level positions within a multicultural, fast-growing, tech, or service industry environment. Proven track record of successfully leading IT service models and HR projects in similar settings.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of IT service models, cybersecurity, digital strategies, and corporate infrastructure.
- Proficiency in leveraging data to drive decisions with a clear understanding of business drivers and aligning technical strategies with organizational goals.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and manage diverse corporate services (IT, HR, Recruiting, Digitalization, Cybersecurity, Procurement, etc.) while ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer needs.
- Proven success in global talent acquisition, employer branding, and resource distribution across international labor markets (India, LATAM, EMEA, North America).
- Experience leading business continuity strategies and handling crisis management, including risks related to geopolitical conflicts.
- Experience working closely with executive teams and participating in high-level decision-making processes, including board meetings, strategic planning, and budget reviews.
- Expertise in developing, owning, and managing corporate policies (e.g., Code of Conduct, Employee Relations, Business Continuity, Information Security, etc.).
- Willingness to travel, including to Ukraine and other locations as required for business continuity and crisis management.
