About the job

We are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to lead strategic initiatives across our go-to-market and ecommerce teams. From developing business plans for new products to tracking monthly KPIs for the revenue team, this role will be pivotal in driving cross-functional collaboration between finance and revenue operations. You will report directly to our Head of Finance, Alencar Costa, and work closely with our leadership team.

What You’ll Do

  • Ecommerce Strategy Development

    • Define and implement a cohesive ecommerce strategy to maximize revenue
    • Set objectives and guardrails for the ecommerce team, ensuring alignment with broader company goals
    • Conduct market analysis to identify ecommerce opportunities
    • Develop and track ecommerce forecasts based on remanufacturing production and execution
  • Strategic Planning for GTM Initiatives

    • Support GTM-related planning and optimization initiatives, analyzing potential growth avenues
    • Collaborate with the GTM team to evaluate new opportunities and determine focus areas for sustainable growth
  • Sales Funnel & Marketing Optimization

    • Own end-to-end tracking and analysis of the sales funnel from lead to customer, delivering actionable insights to the business
    • Analyze marketing investments and track ROI
    • Partner with the Salesforce admin to enhance CRM capabilities, including reporting, forecasting, and dashboard creation
  • Deal Desk Ownership

    • Manage the deal close process, reviewing current practices to optimize revenue and process efficiency

About You

  • 4+ years in strategy/consulting
  • Advanced Excel proficiency; Salesforce experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach
  • Exceptional communication skills and a passion for driving results
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment

The base range for an Revenue Operations Manager is expected to be between $115,000 and $130,000/year. Your exact offer may vary based on these factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, and experience. The compensation package will also include comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, and vision coverage, along with a 401(k) plan.
