We’re looking for a Head of Sales to lead our sales team as we rapidly grow and scale through 2025 and beyond. This role will focus on developing a high-performing team, driving conversions across our inbound funnel, supporting our early outbound program, and enhancing our sales systems and processes to ensure efficiency and growth.

In this role, you’ll be stepping into a leadership position with a talented team of sales reps, helping to refine our value proposition and execute on both inbound and outbound strategies that resonate with our target SMB audience.

Our sales team is small but strong, and we’re excited for this leader to build on our existing success by introducing new playbooks, optimizing our performance at every step in the funnel, and setting us up to reach ambitious targets.

Our objectives for the role:

  • Build and develop a high-performing sales team: You’ll inherit a team of 5 reps. Your first priority will be to get to know each team member, understanding the strengths and development areas of each individual. You’ll coach and support the team to reach peak performance while building a collaborative team culture.

  • Scale the team to support growing lead volume: As we increase our presence in the MedSpa market, your role will involve scaling the team in a strategic and sustainable way to handle increased inbound and outbound lead volumes effectively.

  • Drive conversion improvements across the inbound funnel: Identify new opportunities for improving our communication and engagement strategies, ensuring our value proposition resonates with potential partners at every stage of the funnel.

  • Optimize sales systems for inbound and outbound strategies: Develop processes, define roles, and refine compensation structures to maximize results. Your work will ensure that lead generation, CRM management, qualifying criteria, and sales automation are optimized for consistency and success.

We’re looking for:

  • Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated track record of hiring, managing, and coaching sales reps to maximize performance.

  • Experience developing and implementing sales playbooks for both inbound and outbound strategies, particularly with SMB clients, targeting hundreds of new accounts annually at price points from thousands to tens of thousands.

  • Proven success building a repeatable, measurable outbound strategy from early wins to a well-oiled machine, with a deep understanding of outbound sales processes.

  • Strong analytical mindset; you regularly leverage data and metrics, reviewing key reports daily, weekly, and monthly to drive performance improvements.

  • Experience setting rep quotas, forecasting sales, and budgeting for a sales team, with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.

  • Funnel metric expertise: You’re comfortable using funnel metrics to drive decisions and adjust tactics to keep sales on track at both rep and company levels.

  • Early-stage experience: You’ve successfully navigated similar challenges in startups prior to Series C, helping to lay the foundation for long-term success.
