Opportunity Overview

The Clinical Client Training Specialist is a crucial role at Cohere Health, responsible for ensuring both client and provider organizations are supported throughout their lifecycle on the Cohere Unify platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various teams to understand the perspectives of clinicians, payer intake teams, and provider organizations, as well as the challenges they face. You will leverage this knowledge to develop and execute innovative training programs that resonate with our users and drive platform adoption at scale.

As the Clinical Client Training Specialist, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging, high-quality training sessions both virtually and in-person. You will also contribute to the development of digital training tools, instructional materials, and ongoing program updates, ensuring all resources remain relevant and effective.

At Cohere, success is driven by empathetic, collaborative, and inclusive teammates. We foster a growth-oriented environment that supports everyone’s success, and we value diverse teams that deliver the most impactful work.

What You Will Do:

  • Plan and execute training programs, including live and recorded sessions, version control, and tool updates, to scale nationally.
  • Maintain a digital portal training experience to enhance user learning.
  • Administer policies and procedures to meet the training and development needs of clients, including new feature introductions.
  • Continuously review and update supporting materials such as tip sheets, FAQs, guides, and other instructional content.
  • Gain a deep understanding of Cohere’s products, operations, and provider partnerships to tailor training materials effectively.
  • Assist with client implementation needs, including expansion projects and new client onboarding.
  • Deliver professional, high-quality webinars and training sessions to large audiences remotely.
  • Collect and incorporate user feedback to iterate and improve training programs.

Your Background & Requirements:

  • Direct experience in delivering training to large groups, clinicians & non-clinicians, both virtually, and in-person.
  • Expertise in utilizing technology and delivering training materials tailored to healthcare settings.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to understand various perspectives and challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a talent for making complex information accessible.
  • Intellectually curious, with a drive to constantly improve processes and business outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively across remote teams and thrive in dynamic, evolving environments.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a customer service and/or client-facing role.
  • Healthcare domain expertise, with direct experience working with patients and/or providers.
  • A clinical license is not required, but preferred, especially with experience in Utilization Review (UR) and Utilization Management (UM).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
