About the role:
This is an expert role whose core responsibilities are the growth of programmatic revenue and evangelising Ogury’s unique Zero Party data solution. This will include having a pulse on all programmatic deals across the UK, a strong understanding of our core programmatic offering and how to scale delivery and performance of deals from an operational perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive impactful, data-led client discussions using Ogury’s platform and reporting tools to present actionable insights and craft narratives that demonstrate our solution’s contribution to their business success
- Advise clients on their campaign objectives, ensuring they unlock the full potential of Ogury’s solutions to meet and exceed their goals
- Act as a key user of Ogury’s platform, empowering clients to master its functionalities to design, manage, and refine high-performing programmatic campaigns
- Partner closely with Client Success and Sales teams to educate clients on Ogury’s latest innovations, grow business opportunities, and ensure stakeholders are leveraging the product’s evolving capabilities
- Build trusted relationships with client-side planning, trading, data and analytics teams, serving as a key consultant and collaborator
- Collaborate with internal technical teams, including engineers and AdOps managers, to address complex challenges such as cross-platform campaign consistency, consumer journey visualisation, and API integrations
- Resolve advanced technical issues, including performance optimisation, data discrepancies, and targeting constraints, to ensure seamless campaign execution and reporting (understanding DSP troubleshooting and fees)
About you:
- At least 2 years of experience in programmatic advertising or digital marketing, with proven exposure to demand-side platforms (DSPs) and ad tech solutions.
- Proven ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment while continuously learning and refining skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with expertise in transforming complex data into actionable strategies and storytelling for clients.
- Enthusiasm for understanding platform mechanics and collaborating with product teams to improve and customize Ogury’s solutions.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to address ambiguous challenges and deliver clear outcomes.
- Exceptional time management and prioritisation skills, enabling you to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for analyzing and organizing large datasets; experience in DV360, TTD, AdForm, or Xandr UIs
