Job Overview
The Customer Support Specialist will provide players with supports for WARGAMING.NET products. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, and an interest in gaming.
Reports to
Regional Customer Support Manager
What will you do?
- Respond to player inquiries promptly and professionally in Chinese Language
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical/gaming issues related to gaming products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Document player interactions and resolutions accurately in the system
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our gaming products and stay updated on industry trends
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward players at all times
What are we looking for?
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills in Chinese Language
- Prior experience in front line service or customer service industry
- Ability to stay calm when players are stressed or upset
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
- Willing to work on the weekends and in office
- High School Graduate, Associates Degree preferred
- Interested in joining the gaming industry
What additional skills will help you stand out?
- Advanced written and verbal communications skills in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, or equivalent tools
- Excellent knowledge of Windows-based operating systems
- Passion for game, especially Wargaming products, is a plus
