The role

As our Hospice Liaison your job will be to take to scale what we have done so far: building lasting, differentiated relationships with hospices. Above all, you’ll be cultivating partnerships with hospice care providers across Los Angeles County. With a significant portion of families seeking funeral guidance through their hospice contacts, your role will involve relationship-building, training hospice staff on our offerings, and ensuring Meadow Memorials is a trusted referral partner.

This role is based in Los Angeles and requires regular, in-person visits to hospice facilities.
