Our vision:
Provide every American with a patient navigator to handle their healthcare needs. We're building a business-in-a-box platform leveraging AI for care navigators/patient advocates (think what [Alma]/[Headway] did but for navigators). The problem is huge: patient advocates are underserved, 130m Americans have a chronic disease and 90% of Americans are healthcare illiterate and need support navigating insurance and healthcare. Recent regulation allows payor unlock which is a big why now.

Role & What We're Looking For:
We’re looking to team up with Founding Operations Leader who brings a blend of healthcare operations expertise and a deep understanding of the insurance landscape. You like to be in the ground level and want to operate where there is no playbook. You are someone who has navigated the intricacies of healthcare systems, touched various aspects of insurance, and possesses hands-on experience in revenue cycle management and credentialing. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the operational framework of our platform, ensuring it aligns perfectly with clinical needs and payor systems.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead the development and management of operational strategies, focusing on healthcare delivery, insurance integration, and revenue cycle optimization.
- Lead initiatives in payer contracting and credentialing, ensuring compliance and efficient operational workflows.
- Drive process improvements in healthcare operations, leveraging your experience in project management and vendor relations.
- Partner with clinical stakeholders to enhance patient access to care, identifying gaps and implementing solutions.
- Use data-driven insights to make strategic decisions, improving patient throughput and overall care quality.
- Be a generalist with a strong grasp of healthcare delivery operations, open to exploring various facets of the business including growth, product development, and customer support.
- Exhibit high emotional intelligence, with a passion for directly impacting patient and provider experiences.
What You'll Bring:
- A blend of 5+ years of operational experience, ideally in a healthcare setting; healthtech or consulting background is a plus.
- You understand provider-side dynamics of marketplaces and have done some BD/sales skill
- A track record in healthcare operations, touching upon insurance aspects, revenue cycle management, and credentialing.
- Experience in leading and implementing healthcare-related projects, with a focus on operational excellence and efficiency.
- A forward-thinking mindset, not afraid to dive into technological aspects and eager to explore all sides of healthcare delivery.
- Strong communication skills, capable of working with diverse teams and managing external partnerships.
- A passion for innovation in healthcare, aiming to make a tangible difference in people's lives.
Who You Are:
- You have combination of management consulting or investment banking + high-growth businesses (startups, side hustles, entrepreneurship). Preference for someone with passion for and/or experience with healthcare, wellness, or healthtech companies
- A visionary leader with a knack for operational strategy and execution.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and change, thriving in a dynamic startup environment. It’s a small but mighty team. No big corp energy here.
- Results-driven, with a track record of exceeding goals and driving operational excellence.
- A team player who values collaboration, communication, and community.
