Position Overview
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for managing movement of materials in and out of storage locations, packaging and labeling spare parts and assemblies, and providing support to Shipping, Receiving and Kiosk Remanufacturing when needed. Teamwork, adaptability, accountability, organization skills, data entry and working independently are keys to this role’s success. Previous experience in warehousing and light assembly work, with a focus on accuracy and process creation are essential. THIS IS A CONTRACT / CONTRACT TO HIRE POSITION WITH BENEFITS.
Key Responsibilities
- Put away materials as they are received in from the loading dock
Pick orders for shipping
Packaging and labeling reusable parts salvaged from older kiosks
Assisting and maintaining inventory in stockroom area
Creating and managing material replenishment procedures for supplies and parts
Utilizing systems and part catalog information to identify unknown parts
Assist Shipping and Receiving with daily tasks as needed and provide backup coverage
Packaging remanufactured kiosks for deployment

Education & Experience
- 2+ years of relevant experience in material handling, inventory management, shipping and receiving
- Warehouse Management Software, Oracle Systems, and FedEx Shipping software
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint
- Experience in launching and managing new processes
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Effective time management, prioritization, problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and on a collaborative team environment
- Strong interpersonal communication skills in writing, over the phone, and in person
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced, high volume environment
- Ability to travel locally to third party locations, up to 10 %
Physical Requirements
- Physical work in a warehouse environment, some time spent at workstations as well.
- Ability to lift 30 lbs
Hourly compensation: $22.00 - $24.00/hr
