About the Role
As a UX Research Intern, you'll work closely with our product and design teams to uncover user insights and inform design decisions. This is an incredible opportunity to apply your research skills in real-world projects and contribute to the growth of a transformative AI-driven platform.

Please Note: This is an unpaid internship. Outstanding interns will be considered for a paid, full-time role with competitive salary and benefits upon completion.

Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct user research studies (interviews, surveys, usability tests).
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
Create user personas, journey maps, and research reports to guide design decisions.
Collaborate with UX designers and product teams to turn insights into actionable recommendations.
Present findings to stakeholders and contribute to product strategy discussions.

What We’re Looking For:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in UX Design, Psychology, HCI, or a related field.
Strong interest in user-centered design and research methodologies.
Experience with user research tools such as Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Miro.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with usability testing platforms (e.g., UserTesting, Lookback).
Familiarity with Figma or other design tools.
Knowledge of AI or tech-related industries.
