About the job

FreJun seeks a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure company strategy and objectives are properly implemented.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
  2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  3. Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  4. Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.

  5. Employee Relations and Engagement:

  6. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  7. Address employee grievances and mediate disputes.

  8. Organize team-building activities and employee engagement programs.

3.*** Performance Management:***

  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Guide managers on setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies for employee development and succession planning.
  1. Compliance and Policies:
  2. Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
  3. Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  4. Handle sensitive employee data and maintain confidentiality.

  5. Compensation and Benefits:

  6. Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation structure.

  7. Benchmark industry standards to ensure competitive employee packages.

  8. Address employee inquiries about benefits and entitlements.

  9. Learning and Development:

  10. Identify training needs and organize development programs.

  11. Promote career development initiatives within the organization.

  12. Measure the effectiveness of training programs.

  13. HR Metrics and Reporting:

  14. Track and analyze key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, engagement scores).

  15. Present insights and recommendations to the leadership team.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience:

  • 4-5 years of experience in HR.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRMS platforms.
  • Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.

Key Competencies:

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
  • Conflict resolution and decision-making.
  • Emotional intelligence and adaptability.

Location - Remote
Salary - 60-70K / month (Depending on skills and experience)
Availability: Immediate joiner
Work days - Monday to Saturday
