FreJun seeks a skilled HR manager to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. You will support business needs and ensure company strategy and objectives are properly implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Oversee the hiring process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Address employee grievances and mediate disputes.
Organize team-building activities and employee engagement programs.
3.*** Performance Management:***
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems.
- Guide managers on setting KPIs and evaluating employee performance.
- Develop and implement strategies for employee development and succession planning.
- Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.
- Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
Handle sensitive employee data and maintain confidentiality.
Compensation and Benefits:
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compensation structure.
Benchmark industry standards to ensure competitive employee packages.
Address employee inquiries about benefits and entitlements.
Learning and Development:
Identify training needs and organize development programs.
Promote career development initiatives within the organization.
Measure the effectiveness of training programs.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
Track and analyze key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, engagement scores).
Present insights and recommendations to the leadership team.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
Experience:
- 4-5 years of experience in HR.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in HRMS platforms.
- Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices.
