You'll sit within the UK Team, reporting to the Head of Deliveroo for Work for the UK and Ireland. You'll be the primary point of contact between Deliveroo and our key corporate clients to provide a world-class Deliveroo experience. This is an excellent role for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing a small team and drawing insights from data to guide growth. You will work under a hybrid work model with (at least) 3 days a week either in our London HQ or out meeting clients. This role is scoped at L4.
The responsibilities of the Senior Corporate Account Manager will include:
- Line manage a small team of Account Managers and be an important part of building the strategy across Deliveroo for Work for you and your team’s client portfolio and projects
- Directly manage key corporate accounts in the UK, ensuring strong relationships are built with decision-makers across the portfolio (remotely and face-to-face)
- Proactively nurturing and driving performance for each of your assigned accounts through weekly/monthly/quarterly meetings and reviews, analysis and identifying growth opportunities. You will work with both internal and external stakeholders to drive change and devise solutions to ensure issues are addressed and your accounts continue to grow.
- Work closely with the Business Development Managers to onboard and grow lasting relationships with your accounts.
- Owning UK-wide projects and campaigns and supervising other team members when required to ensure smooth delivery within tight deadlines
- Running analysis to understand how to maximise the UK portfolio and optimise structures. Use of reports and dashboards to monitor performance, deep dive into data in order to understand client behaviour, identify opportunities and communicate value back to clients
Requirements
The ideal candidate has a natural commercial attitude, understands the corporate world, and is highly analytical with a strong sense of customer service. This position would be suited to someone enthusiastic about securing a client-facing role in a huge growth area of the business.
- A driven and hardworking individual
- Experience managing key accounts with relationship management up to C-suite level
- Excellent attention to detail – proven ability to multitask in a work environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills
- Creative – exhibits tenacity, never takes no for an answer.
- Hunger to progress within a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience in a B2B relationship management role
- Entrepreneurial spirit
