Chief Operating Officer (COO)

We are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our founding team and spearhead operational excellence. As a visionary leader and a strategic thinker, you’ll play a pivotal role in scaling the company, optimizing operations, and ensuring our goals align with our long-term vision.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Partner with the CEO to define and execute the company’s strategic roadmap.
• Translate high-level goals into actionable operational plans that deliver measurable results.
• Monitor industry trends and ensure the company remains competitive in a fast-evolving market.

Operational Excellence:

• Build and optimize scalable operational processes for cross-functional efficiency.
• Oversee daily operations across product, engineering, marketing, and customer support teams.
• Implement systems for tracking metrics, setting KPIs, and ensuring accountability.

Team Building & Culture:

• Recruit, manage, and retain top talent to build a world-class team.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and innovation across the organization.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace.

Financial Management:

• Develop and oversee budgets to ensure resources are allocated strategically.
• Collaborate with the CEO and CFO on financial planning and forecasting.
• Secure partnerships, manage vendor relationships, and negotiate key contracts.

Business Development:

• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow revenue and scale operations.
• Build relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders to accelerate growth.
• Represent the company in public engagements, including conferences and industry events.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a COO, VP of Operations, or in a similar executive leadership role in a high-growth startup or technology company.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, AI technologies, or social media platforms.
• Expertise in process optimization, operational scaling, and financial oversight.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to execute tactically and pivot when necessary.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience scaling a company from seed stage to Series A or beyond.
• Background in AI, data-driven analytics, or digital platforms.
