As a member of the Accounting team at Branch, you’ll have the opportunity to shape and grow the company and business. You will be a key player of a team comprised of high-performing accounting and finance professionals that work across departments to provide financial support to senior management and department leaders to facilitate decision making. The Sales Compensation Analyst will support the design and administration of the sales compensation plans as well as the administration of third-party revenue share agreements.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Collaborate with sales leadership and finance teams to design and implement sales compensation plans that align with business objectives.
- Manage and maintain commission software and utilize to streamline processes and improve accuracy
- Create, develop, and implement repeatable business and operational processes, identify key areas of improvement for maximum efficiency
- Prepare and process commissions accurately and on time
- Analyze the effectiveness of compensation programs in driving sales performance.
- Partner with HR, payroll, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of compensation plans into broader organizational processes.
- Document processes and policies for transparency and audit readiness.
- Perform special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business (Accounting or Finance, preferred)
- 2-4 years of relevant sales compensation experience, with experience at a high growth fintech company a plus
- Intermediate level Excel skills with experience working with large amounts of data
- Sage Intacct, Hubspot, Allbound experience a plus
- Experience with sales commission software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Compensation:
The base compensation range for this role is 80-90k. The salary range displayed reflects an average base salary range for the position across all the US. The base salary offered to an applicant could be higher or lower based on each applicants’ specific skill set, depth of experience, relevant education or training, etc. The base salary range listed excludes commission/ bonus/ equity or benefits.
