Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience selling to GI doctors and a deep understanding of the healthcare provider landscape. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting Virgo's innovative solutions.
Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to Toni Toomey, VP of Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Engage Prospects: Target GI doctors, hospitals, private practices, and surgery centers to introduce Virgo's products.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling presentations and demos to showcase the value of Virgo's offerings.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with engineering and customer success teams to ensure clients meet the requirements to implement the product.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the GI healthcare sector.
- Reporting: Take meticulous notes in Hubspot to drive sales reporting and forecasting.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience, specifically selling into large hospital networks or to GI doctors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of GI healthcare practices and the challenges faced by providers.
- Motivation: Self-starter with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Travel: Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Compensation:
Base Salary: $100,000
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $150,000 (with uncapped commissions)
