Business Analyst

We have a flat team hierarchy. All team members are expected to work towards the betterment of the product and their own personal development. We strongly believe that the better you become, the better the product becomes too.
This role requires a strong understanding of both business and technical aspects, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for sustainable solutions.

Responsibilities:

Product Validation

• Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to ensure that product features align with the product roadmap and business objectives.
• Test and validate product features against the Product Requirements Document (PRD) to identify any gaps or inconsistencies.
• Conduct thorough analysis of user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity and completeness.

Data Analysis and Preparation

• Gather, clean, and analyze relevant data from various sources, including real estate data, sustainability metrics, and market trends.
• Prepare data in a suitable format for technical teams to implement the product features.
• Use data analysis and reporting tools to generate insights and guide decision-making.

Documentation and Content Creation

• Create clear and concise documentation, including user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
• Develop training materials and user guides for internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.

Technical Collaboration

• Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely solutions to ensure smooth product development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to think critically.
• Familiarity with Statistical Modelling and Analysis.
• Proficiency in more than one data analysis tool such as - Excel, Google Sheets, Python, R, SPSS, Power BI, etc.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience working in Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of sustainability concepts and real estate industry trends is a plus.
