About the Role:
We are building AI-Powered Quality Inspection solutions that use high-speed cameras and one-of-a kind software to inspect complex surface defects at 800+ parts per minute. Since our solution defines the overall operations of the plant when implemented, it requires the decision to be taken at the top. The role hence requires reaching out to the Plant-Head, Head of Quality, Directors, and VPs of the manufacturing industries and pitching our AI-enabled SaaS product as a way of improving their operations. The role, also, involves sourcing such leads from different platforms/vendors to create a robust sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
- Market Research about Pharma Manufacturing companies and customer segmentation. (including competitor research).
- Day-to-Day prospecting for clients in customer segments and developing new prospecting strategies in order to achieve quarterly Pre-Sales KRA’s.
- Lead generation using an insider sales approach for manufacturing organizations with a focus on Pharma industries.
- Propose solutions to prospective clients, and set up next-level meetings in the Manufacturing Plant.
- Establishing application feasibility through conducting product demonstrations and trials.
- Techno-Commercial Solutioning of the System.
- Commercial Negotiations and Closure according to Quarterly Quota.
- CRM Management.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Worked as a Sales Engineer/Manager in Pharmaceuticals customers and Pharma machine Manufacturer.
- Preferred candidates with Computer Vision software sales, and solution sales experience with a Value-based approach.
- Hands-on experience with sales tools is mandatory. (Example: Zoho, Salesforce).
- Machine-Vision Sales Experience along with Industry 4.0, ERP.
- Knowledge of basic pharma manufacturing processes and Industrial automation is mandatory.
- Operated in major industrial hubs of India - Bangalore, Chennai, NCR, Pune, and Gujarat.
- B-tech.( Electronics/instrumentation,/Electrical/any etc).
Experience:
- 5-8 years in Sales Engineer roles.
- Vision Sales/Camera Sales.
