Hackathon & Partnerships Manager

As a Hackathon & Partnerships Manager at rLoop, you will play a key role in driving the growth of rLoop by organizing innovative hackathons and building strategic partnerships within the blockchain and decentralized technology space. This role will involve planning and executing community-focused events while simultaneously developing and maintaining partnerships that will help expand rLoop’s ecosystem and reach.

Key Responsibilities:
• Hackathon Management:
• Plan, organize, and execute virtual and in-person hackathons that foster innovation within the decentralized tech space.
• Coordinate logistics for hackathon events, including registration, participant engagement, mentor and judge recruitment, and post-event follow-ups.
• Create engaging event challenges and materials to encourage developer participation and community involvement.
• Promote events through social media, email campaigns, and community outreach to ensure high engagement.
• Collect feedback from participants to measure success and make improvements for future events.

• Partnership Management:
• Identify and establish new strategic partnerships with organizations, developers, businesses, and other key players in the blockchain space.
• Negotiate terms and build long-term relationships that drive the growth of rLoop’s platform and products.
• Collaborate with the internal team to align partnerships with rLoop’s vision and goals, including co-marketing, product integrations, and joint initiatives.
• Maintain strong communication with partners to ensure smooth collaboration and mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Track, evaluate, and report on the success of partnerships and hackathons, providing regular updates to the leadership team.
