As we scale rapidly, we're looking for a dynamic individual to join us as our SDR.

✅ Role Overview:
We're seeking a passionate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-growth journey. Working directly with the CEO and the founding team, you'll be instrumental in shaping our sales processes and driving growth. This is a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment while making a significant impact.

💡Key Responsibilities:

  1. Drive outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified meetings.
  2. Research and identify decision-makers in high-potential accounts.
  3. Work alongside the CEO in key sales meetings and follow-ups.
  4. Maintain detailed prospect and account intelligence in our CRM.
  5. Help build and optimise our sales development process from the ground up.
  6. Strong understanding of Indian GTM strategies and buying behaviours

✨Qualifications:

  1. 0-2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS/technology
  2. Good understanding of B2B sales for the Indian Geography.
  3. Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets
  4. Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly (Very Important)
  5. Self-motivated with strong entrepreneurial drive
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  7. Understanding of B2B sales cycles and qualification processes
