We're seeking a passionate Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-growth journey. Working directly with the CEO and the founding team, you'll be instrumental in shaping our sales processes and driving growth. This is a unique opportunity to learn and grow in a fast-paced startup environment while making a significant impact.
💡Key Responsibilities:
- Drive outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified meetings.
- Research and identify decision-makers in high-potential accounts.
- Work alongside the CEO in key sales meetings and follow-ups.
- Maintain detailed prospect and account intelligence in our CRM.
- Help build and optimise our sales development process from the ground up.
- Strong understanding of Indian GTM strategies and buying behaviours
✨Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS/technology
- Good understanding of B2B sales for the Indian Geography.
- Proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships quickly (Very Important)
- Self-motivated with strong entrepreneurial drive
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Understanding of B2B sales cycles and qualification processes
