Key Responsibilities
Source and screen resumes from various job portals and professional networks.
Meet daily or weekly targets for finding suitable candidates as per job requirements.
Coordinate with team members to align recruitment goals.
Maintain and update candidate records and trackers.
Communicate professionally via email and other channels with potential candidates.
Key Requirements
Must have a personal computer/laptop and a reliable internet connection.
Availability during UK timings (flexible working hours).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Understanding of recruitment processes is a plus but not mandatory.
Ability to work independently in a target-oriented environment.
