We’re looking for a resilient and innovative Social Media Manager who can think creatively and drive results.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an eCommerce brand.
  • Passion for creating content and storytelling.
  • Strong copywriting and marketing skills to strategically craft posts, captions, stories, etc.
  • Excellent visual and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools and software.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple projects.
  • Outgoing personality with great social skills.
  • Keen interest in staying on top of trends and incorporating them into your content.
  • Bonus: If you're a mum and want to create content with your child—through lives, videos, reels, etc.—and build a community of mums, we encourage you to bring that creativity to our team!
  • Optional: Graphic design skills are valued but not essential.

Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality visual and written content for social media and brand campaigns.
  • Strategy Development: Develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and increase brand awareness.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and integrate them into content creation.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with the overall brand strategy.
  • Audience Engagement: Engage with our audience through creative, compelling content.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze content performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve engagement.
  • UGC Management: Manage relationships with UGC creators, briefing them on new content for social media.
  • Comment Management: Monitor and respond to comments across social platforms. If comment volume becomes high, oversee a virtual assistant to manage replies.
