Job Description

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate with a specialization in Paid Marketing to join our Bengaluru team. This role involves developing, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various digital platforms to enhance our brand's visibility and drive engagement and conversions.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies to increase brand awareness and revenue.
Manage daily campaign metrics and conduct adjustments to optimize marketing budgets.
Analyze digital campaign effectiveness, assess KPIs, and report on recommendations and summaries for improving the campaigns.
Engage in keyword research, audience targeting, and ad placement to ensure optimal ad performance.
Collaborate with other marketing team members to integrate different marketing strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google AdWords, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Familiarity with analytics and ad management tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking to exceed company goals and maximize return on ad spend.
