About the role:
The Receptionist position, under limited supervision, greets visitors at Listrak's front reception desk. This person will represent the company to visitors and callers in a professional, pleasant, and courteous manner; ensures their questions and needs are directed to the appropriate person. Additionally, the Receptionist will support the organization via various assigned tasks.
This role is part-time, Thursday and Friday from 8am - 4pm
Essential Functions/Duties
- Greets all visitors entering facility in a courteous, warm, and professional manner.
- Receives incoming phone calls and directs calls to proper staff.
- Receives and efficiently distributes incoming mail.
- Performs basic typing, filing, and clerical work as requested and will support Listrak employees with projects.
- Communicates and works in an effective partnership with the AM/PM receptionist on shared tasks.
- Maintains security by following entry procedures; monitoring Kiosk; issuing visitor and temporary badges.
- Completes assigned tasks and projects.
You have:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred
- Minimum of one year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to deal tactfully with personnel, visitors, and the public.
- Effective Communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in Microsoft Office. Excel experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage an assigned task independently.
- Ability to reach local Listrak locations at all times and limited travel within U.S. for conferences and training.
