About the job
We’re looking for a B2B Sales Development Representative to join our talented team. This role focuses on identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying potential business clients for our e-paper digital frame products and subscription-based art gallery platform. Commission-based position at start with an opportunity to join full-time with an equity package.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Identify and research potential B2B customers in industries where art enhances experiences, such as hospitality, interior design, and corporate environments.
- Outreach: Develop and execute personalized outreach campaigns through email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Lead Qualification: Engage with prospects to understand their needs, qualify leads, and set up meetings.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, activities, and pipeline in the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to refine strategies and messaging.
Preferred Experience:
- Proven experience in B2B sales or sales development, preferably in technology, art, or design-related products.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Ability to analyze prospects’ needs and match them with solutions.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
