About the Role:
AlphaSense is looking for a smart, experienced, agile marketer to lead a team of regional marketers that will drive awareness, interest and adoption in key industry verticals across our EMEA and APAC regions.
You should have extensive international marketing experience executing and delivering successful demand generation campaigns, field marketing events, and providing general in-region marketing support, preferably in a B2B SaaS company.
You have a proven track record of leading high performance teams and will manage direct reports across EMEA & APAC. Your primary focus will be supporting this team to deliver on their marketing plans and work with them to capitalize on all possible opportunities to drive growth.
You are a great collaborator and will work closely with marketing and sales leadership to generate programs that drive sales-ready leads that ultimately convert into pipeline and closed-won revenue. You will be part of the INTL XFN leadership team ensuring that the INTL Sales Managing Director is fully updated and supported with all their marketing needs.
You don’t mind getting directly involved in campaign strategy and as needed will work directly on the execution. You will measure the effectiveness of INTL campaigns and give recommendations for future campaigns/programs.
What You'll Do:
- Support the INTL marketing team to deliver on 2025 plans ensuring that they hit pipeline and growth targets.
- Support the INTL marketing team to design, own and execute broad and targeted multichannel campaigns
- Be the international representative of marketing within the sales organization. Working closely with sales, account management & SDR to build effective marketing plans and ensure alignment and transparency on what campaigns/programs are going out to market.
- Drive integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns and field events to deliver qualified leads that convert to revenue.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to find learnings from sales and marketing data to analyze performance and optimize campaign programs for sales/cs efficiency
- As a critical part of the integrated marketing team, ensure consistent execution of content, assets and positioning and ensure localized messages reach target audience through all market-facing channels, including website, account-based marketing, social media, etc.
- Work with the global events team on INTL events strategy that includes tradeshows, hosted and partner events.
- Ensure brilliant and consistent execution of campaigns and programs through active tracking, of metrics and KPIs
- Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned
- Participate in various company initiatives and projects as requested
Who You Are:
- 12+ years of experience.
- Extensive team management experience including performance management
- Has been part of a leadership team and worked directly with sales leadership
- Experience with audience segmentation and targeting is a plus
- Experience building audiences either online or offline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A dual-minded approach: Creative and willing to test and learn, but also the ability to understand priorities, be process-driven and rely on data to make decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, within a high growth company
- A results-oriented and curious individual with solid analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Strong project management and collaboration skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize and communicate within the team and with key stakeholders
- Familiarity with marketing technologies a plus (Marketo, Salesforce, Mutiny, Qualified, etc)
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- BA/BS degree or higher
