Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will help us shape our company culture, develop recruitment strategies, and implement effective HR policies to support our growing team. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in promoting a positive, collaborative work environment that reflects the values of The Atoz Classes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Foster a positive work environment, promoting organizational values and ensuring a high level of employee engagement.
- Oversee and improve performance management, including employee evaluations and goal setting.
- Support current and future business needs through talent development, employee retention, and career progression initiatives.
- Maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to promote personal and professional growth.
- Analyze and report on HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR strategies and identify improvement areas.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, preferably in an education or technology environment.
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with employees at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with an ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office; experience with HR analytics tools is a plus.
