Visual Designer (Graphic Designer & Animator)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Visual Designer with expertise in both graphic design and animation to join our dynamic team. As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and animations that communicate the brand’s message and enhance the user experience across digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate is highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to translate concepts into engaging visual content that resonates with the target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design compelling visual content including marketing materials, web pages, social media assets, presentations, and more, while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Create high-quality animations, motion graphics, and videos to enhance storytelling across digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to create cohesive and impactful visual designs.
• Develop user interface (UI) elements, iconography, and illustrations for digital products. Conceptualize and execute graphics for promotional campaigns, advertisements, and branding initiatives.
• Lead projects from ideation to final production, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes.
• Work on both static and dynamic designs for digital (websites, social media, etc.) and print media (brochures, posters, etc.). Provide creative solutions to design challenges and present ideas with clarity and enthusiasm.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Animation, or related field.
2+ years of experience in visual design, graphic design, and animation roles.
Proficiency in design and animation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), Figma, Sketch, and motion design software.
Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in graphic design, animation, and motion graphics.
Experience with UI/UX design and the ability to create user-centered designs.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS and an understanding of responsive design principles is a plus.
Ability to create visual designs and animations that align with brand identity and marketing goals.
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and manage tight deadlines.
