Our product, Open protocol facilitates secure under-collateralized loans upto 3
times the collateral.

> This is an onsite role in Bangalore, India.

Scope of work

1. Develop and produce artwork & advertising, which reflect the identity of Hashstack globally; across different products and local markets.
2. Collaborate with the product & design team to ensure brand coherency & consistency across all creative output.
3. Proactively identify emerging design trends, and contribute to the robust internal creative conversations.
4. Ideation of Brand-led campaigns.

Qualifications

1. 3+ years professional experience in established graphic studios, branding agencies, or in-house design and branding roles.
2. A clear communicator - ability to express complex ideas clearly & succinctly.
3. Possess a strong ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
4. Be able to quickly deliver strong designs during rapid, iterative processes and multitask in a fast paced environment.
5. Have impeccable taste and a compulsive eye for detail.
6. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must, knowledge of Figma is a plus.
7. Familiarity with UI/UX work, and/or DeFi is a plus.
8. Previous fintech experience is a plus.
9. Excellent time manager.
10. First principles thinking.
11. Knowledge of EVM chains is a plus.
