Job Description:

• Design creative concepts from the briefs and bring them to life within branding guidelines
• Designing marketing collateral according to received briefs, for both print and web (including but not limited to Twitter, Emails, Reddit, Instagram, LinkedIn, Blogs etc.)
• Designing corporate documents with stakeholders that will be used to promote Leap
• Collaborating with the design, content, product & marketing teams to determine objectives, deadlines and priorities

Ideal Profile:

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, Adobe Aftereffects/Premier Pro
• Strong portfolio of digitally focused marketing and/or advertising campaigns
• Strong portfolio of illustrating complex ideas in easy to understand visual concepts
• Good eye for detail in typography, layout, colour, and brand systems – your eyes can hunt for details normal eyes can’t
• Fluency in current graphic design practices and using web production & motion design software - shortcuts are at your fingers play
• The ability to understand briefs easily
• Have the ability to work efficiently & meticulously in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment with great organisational skills
• Familiarity with Web3 and crypto space is a plus
• Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
