A Consultant is an integral member of the search execution and client engagement team, responsible for engaging and presenting the best possible leadership talent to successfully deliver on critical searches. Compiling powerpoint presentations on industry trends through deep secondary and primary research will be an essential part of the role. Proficiency in written and verbal communication and experience in research will be advantageous in this multi-dimentional role that will hone your sector- and domain- wide knowledge.

  1. Participate in client kick-off meetings, develop position specification documents, search strategy including a target list of companies and industries to be targeted for the search.

  2. Own the candidate engagement process through the search – from briefing, assessing, closing and presenting a slate of qualified candidates to the client, including written assessments.

  3. Build, maintain and enhance client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, proactively keeping track of each search being worked on and what needs to be done to drive the search to closure.

  4. Collaborate internally and participate with Partners to develop pitch presentations and business development documents. Monitor and track relevant market developments in an industry segment, including company updates and people moves.

  5. Maintain process compliance including keeping the firm’s state-of-the-art proprietary workflow/ERP platform updated with candidate and search data.
